Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions lifecycle for DT Digisol’s training and education programs. Daily activities include engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, explaining program offerings, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes, and supporting candidates in completing applications and documentation. The role involves assessing applicant suitability, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and following up with leads to drive conversions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor collaborates with marketing and sales teams to align admissions messaging with campaigns,



participates in outreach events and information sessions, and provides regular reports on admissions performance. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented approach to help applicants make informed decisions and to support the overall growth of DT Digisol’s education initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective learners and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, address inquiries, and ensure a high-quality admissions experience.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct admissions conversations, and convert prospects into enrolled learners in an ethical and consultative manner.

Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with academic or training programs, counseling learners, or working in an admissions or academic advisory environment.

Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in counseling or advisory roles, proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort working with data and basic reporting.

A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education services. Remuneration- Rs 5k fixed. Rs 5k per admissions.

Time period- 2 months max.
