Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, explaining programs and services offered by 90+ My Tuition App, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The counselor will conduct consultations, assess student needs, and recommend suitable tuition plans, while maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the admissions system. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with academic and operations teams, supporting outreach and promotional activities,



and meeting enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building. The role also requires adherence to organizational policies, regular reporting on admissions metrics, and participation in training or team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills to provide clear guidance, handle queries professionally, and support a positive admissions experience.
- Proven Sales abilities to convert leads into enrollments and meet defined admissions targets.
- Background or interest in Education to understand academic offerings and advise students appropriately.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort using CRM or admissions management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in education, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales is preferred but not mandatory.
