THINC Institute of Design, one of the fastest-growing entrance coaching institute specializing in Design and Architecture Entrance exams, is actively seeking talented individuals to join our team as Admission Counsellor.

Job Title/Designation: Senior Admission Counsellor

Your specific job duties include:

- Regular follow up on leads assigned to take admissions and monitoring the Counsellors.
- Managing telephonic and walk in enquiries of students/parents using official phone and front office at the institute.
- Understanding the student requirements and suggesting them the right courses and packages.
- Well informed and properly updated about the courses, colleges, examinations, and allotments.
- Support the Marketing department as and when required in outdoor marketing activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain data in various formats as requested by the Company, like MS Excel, CRM etc.
- Respond to queries from students/parents and give timely support when requested.
- Attend admission enquiry calls and convert them to admissions.




- Inform about webinars, workshops, courses and other marketing or admissions related activities as and when required.
- Update customers about upcoming exams/allotment dates.
- Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the reporting authority.
- Take an active role in processing student enquiry from initial enquiry to branch visit and/or at relevant stages and convert to admissions.
- To handle the office mobile provided to you.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & language skills
- Quick learner.
- Graduate in any stream
- Willingness to work as a team.
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Previous work experience will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
