Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant and Compliance person to manage day-to- day accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

 Record and reconcile general ledger entries.  Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

 Analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly basis.

 Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.





 Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data and analysis to support decision- making processes.

 Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations, including GST, TDS, Companies Act, and FEMA.

 Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.

 Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

 Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.

 Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective control measures.

Must Have

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and compliance roles.

 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and FEMA regulations..

 Experience with Tally for accounting processes.

 Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting.

 Experience in GST and TDS compliance.

Positive to Have

 Experience in the eCommerce indust

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
