Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and Tally monitoring.

- Ensure complete GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related filings.

- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances.

- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up with vendors for payments and outstanding matters.

- Prepare fund-flow and cash-flow statements and assist in fund planning.

- Coordinate with banks for banking transactions, payments, limits, LC/BG, CC/OD and other banking requirements.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and maintain proper cash-flow planning.

- Knowledge of Odisha mining permissions, statutory requirements and related government department follow-ups will be preferred.

- Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors, banks, vendors and government authorities.





- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and statutory compliances.

- Prepare regular MIS, outstanding reports and financial statements for management review.

Candidate Profile:

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and taxation.

- Good understanding of banking and working-capital management.

- Experience in mining, steel, minerals or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

- Positive communication and follow-up skills.

- Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
