Role Description The Security Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing security operations at assigned client locations. This role includes supervising security guards, conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and ensuring adherence to security protocols and post orders.

The Security Field

Officer will respond to incidents, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with client representatives and internal management to address security concerns. Daily tasks also involve checking equipment, maintaining attendance and duty rosters, and supporting periodic training and briefing of security personnel.



The role requires consistent presence on-site, flexibility to work in shifts, and the ability to make sound decisions in routine and emergency situations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in security operations, field supervision, or related on-site protective services.

- Ability to conduct patrols, manage access control, and enforce safety and security procedures.

- Strong observation skills, situational awareness, and capacity to respond calmly to incidents.

- Basic report writing skills and ability to maintain logs, rosters, and incident records accurately.

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, guards, and internal teams.

- Physical fitness appropriate for patrolling, standing for extended periods, and responding quickly when required.

- Knowledge of basic security equipment and systems (e.g., CCTV, communication devices) is preferred.

- Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, defense forces, or facility management is an advantage.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per operational needs.

- Minimum educational qualification as per local regulatory requirements; additional security training or certifications are beneficial.
