Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of cloud security controls and enable smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Engineer/Security Architect with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using the Ping Identity suite (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate). The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining modern CIAM capabilities while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and security teams to deliver secure and seamless customer authentication experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and implement customer authentication and authorization workflows
- Integrate with third-party identity providers, directories, and social login mechanisms
- Configure and manage PingOne platform (PingOne MFA, PingOne Risk, PingOne DaVinci orchestration)




- Define policies for adaptive authentication, step-up authentication, and user journeys
- Implement and support PingFederate for SSO and federation use cases
- Enable provisioning and lifecycle management through PingOne
- Design and build workflows in Ping DaVinci for identity verification, fraud detection, and progressive profiling
- Integrate DaVinci flows with APIs, third-party tools, and identity proofing services
- Collaborate with security teams to align CIAM implementations with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

- Proficiency in Ping Identity solutions (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate)
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices
- Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/CIAM)
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security best practices

Good to Have:

- Exposure to other IAM platforms or cloud security tools

Additional Information

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity is required
- Role is based in Bengaluru or Gurugram
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
