Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive located in Trivandrum. The SEO Executive will be responsible for day-to-day SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. You will also conduct SEO audits, analyze website performance, and develop strategies to increase organic traffic. Collaboration with the digital marketing team to enhance the overall search engine visibility of the client's websites will be essential.

SEO Specialist Responsibilities:

· Conducting on-site and off-site analysis/audit of web SEO competition.

· Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.

· Creating high-quality SEO content.

· Leading keywords, keyword gap research, and optimization of content.

· Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.

· Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search results and featured snippets.

· Optimize website content for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to increase discoverability in AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.

· Create structured, intent-driven content using schema markup, FAQs, and semantic SEO techniques.





· Monitor AI search performance and adapt content strategies based on evolving search engine and generative AI algorithms.

SEO Specialist Requirements:

· Knowledge of SEO practices.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask.

· Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.

· Good knowledge of backlink analysis and backlink building.

· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

· Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.

· Strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles.

· Experience optimizing content for AI search engines, featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click search results.

· Knowledge of structured data (Schema.org), entity SEO, semantic search, and E-E-A-T guidelines.

· Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Surfer SEO, Frase, or Clearscope is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Experience in Keyword Research, Off-page SEO, Link Building, AEO, and GEO optimization.
- Understanding of AI search ecosystems, conversational search optimization, and semantic content strategies.
- Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits
- Skills in Social Media Marketing
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or within the digital marketing industry is advantageous
