SEO Specialist (3–4 Years Experience) Techflit Infotech LLP

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) | Flexible timing ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to own organic growth across our website(s). You'll drive technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page efforts — while also helping us navigate the quick-changing search landscape, from AI Overviews to generative/answer engine visibility. This isn't a "set it and forget it" SEO role; we want someone who treats search as a constantly evolving discipline and adapts their playbook accordingly.

You'll have real ownership from day one, working closely with content, design, and engineering to make sure organic search is a genuine growth channel — not an afterthought.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end SEO strategy: technical audits, on-page optimization, content planning, and link building

- Run keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-intent opportunities across the funnel
- Partner with developers to fix crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data issues
- Plan and brief content that's genuinely useful, well-differentiated, and built to earn visibility — not just to rank
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on SEO's impact on real business outcomes
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively rather than reactively
- Explore how our content shows up in AI-driven search — AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools — and help shape our approach to this emerging space




- Collaborate with content, design, and engineering teams, and clearly communicate SEO recommendations to non-technical stakeholders WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience - Strong grasp of technical SEO: crawling/indexing, canonicalization, site migrations, Core Web Vitals, structured data
- Proven experience with on-page optimization and content-led SEO strategy
- Real, hands-on link building experience — not just theory (outreach, digital PR, HARO-style tactics, etc.)
- Proficiency with core SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and at least one of Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz
- Ability to translate SEO data into clear, business-relevant recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of E-E-A-T and how it applies practically to content and site quality NICE TO HAVE - Familiarity with GEO/AEO (Generative/Answer Engine Optimization) and how AI-driven search is reshaping visibility and measurement
- Experience with log file analysis
- Basic familiarity with Looker Studio, SQL, or Python for reporting
- Experience optimizing for platforms beyond Google (YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.)
