We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

YOUR ROLE

Job Responsibilities: Analyzing Functional Requirements and Automation Requirements.

Preparing the test scripts or test cases for all the responsible projects.

Identifying Test Scenarios, Corner cases and suggesting improvements.

Documenting the Traceability of Test Cases/Automation Test Scripts w.r.t Test cases and Requirement docs.

Test Estimations & Test Design.

Test Execution - Functional & Regression testing of parking features with Camera - Surround view camera/Bird Eye View and Cabin Monitoring Systems.

Perform Manual Test Case Execution and document the Test Results.

Log defects in JIRA and report the progress to Sr. QA Lead/ Manager.

Assist Sr. QA Lead/ Manager in capturing and reporting Test Metrics.

Provide required support in Analysis of metrics, Test coverage report, root cause analysis and implementation of improvement actions, as necessary.

Interaction with Counterparts from other locations on Test Strategy, Release Sign-Offs, Test Approach and Providing Test Solutions.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Basic Qualifications

6Yrs to 8Yrs of experience in Automation testing specifically in Automotive domain – Vision, Surround View Cameras, e-Mirrors, ADAS Smart Camera.

Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Framework Development,



test Automation, Test Scenario Creation, Test Case Creation, Test Case Execution, Traceability matrix, Logging & Tracking bugs, Regression Testing & Test Closure.

Successful track record as Quality Assurance/ Automation.

Extensive experience in Testing Camera functions (SVM, BEV etc.).

Expertise in Python Scripting Language or any Scripting language. C++(optional)

Experience of working in Linux, QNX.

Experience of testing on TI,QC and Renesas platforms.

Experience in CI/CD pipeline.

Experience is Agile Software Development process (SCRUM/KANBAN)

Experience in proposing Test Strategies, Reviewing requirements with Business Users and preparing test Estimates with test Plan
