Neurealm - Veersa About Neurealm

Neurealm is an AI-first technology services company working across the full spectrum of AI — from Physical AI to Agentic AI — with deep expertise in healthcare among other industries.

As Veersa becomes part of the Neurealm family, here's what that means for you.

A bigger platform

Being part of Neurealm gives you access to a wider platform of capabilities, clients, and geographies. Neurealm's India delivery presence spans Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Kochi, and Vadodara — giving you a broader network of teams, projects, and opportunities to be part of.

You'll also have the opportunity to work with NeuGAIN, our AI Engine that provides the foundation for Service-as-Software, combining agentic workflows, AI agents, and industry expertise to transform traditional services into intelligent, scalable, and continuously improving operations. Life at Neurealm

At Neurealm, we call ourselves Neuronauts — the Smart Explorers. Being a Neuronaut means thinking deeply before acting, staying curious, and solving problems with an Engineering Mindset: precision, clarity, and rigorous problem-solving applied to every challenge. We look for root causes, use evidence, and build solutions that hold up in the real world.

Neurealm's decisions and culture are shaped by the RITE values — Respect, Integrity, Trust, Empathy — a reminder that how results are achieved matters as much as the results themselves.

Looking ahead

Neurealm describes its philosophy as "Smart Progress for All" - performance meeting purpose, solving problems at the root, and building solutions that scale while investing in people.

You're joining that story with Veersa's own strengths intact, now backed by a larger platform to grow from.
