Job Title: Scrum Master Experience: 8+ Years Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote / As Applicable Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello, and a good understanding of Kanban practices and Agile metrics.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach and support Scrum teams in adopting and following Agile and Scrum principles.

Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.

Promote Agile best practices and ensure effective Scrum framework adoption.

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, team feedback, and Agile metrics.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and provide visibility into team progress.

Configure and manage Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello.

Track and manage project risks, dependencies,



blockers, and cross-team challenges.

Support teams in managing Kanban boards, workflows, WIP limits, and delivery pipelines.

Monitor team metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, cycle time, throughput, and defect trends.

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, predictability, and delivery quality.

Support organizational Agile transformation and change initiatives where required.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery roles.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Strong experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar Agile tools.

Strong problem-solving and impediment-removal capabilities.

Experience working with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.

Hands-on experience with Kanban boards and Agile workflows.

Robust stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills. Good-to-Have Skills Strong understanding of business processes and business requirements.

Experience with organizational change management and Agile transformation.

Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.

Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.

Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
