Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Must have skills : Scrum Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education : Mandatory Requirements: Experienced in static code analysis with (ASTREE/POLYSPACE/Coverity/Others) and Embedded software Development architecture.



Very good understanding of C and embedded C programming with C99 standards. C++(11 or +) knowledge is advantage.

Knowledgeable about Software quality and criticality with ISO26262. Good understanding of concept of code validation/verification. Good and working experience of Python with Object oriented approach (OOPS) is needed.

Knowledge of AUTOSAR and its functionality is key. Understanding of C-S, S-R, RTE, Signals, components, BSW is needed. Non-Autosar and legacy software understanding. Knowledgeable about testing frameworks and methodologies.

Software builds and integration knowledge or how it' s working.
