We are looking for an experienced SCM / Strategic Sourcing professional with a strong Aerospace background and hands-on experience in special-process sourcing and supplier development & Management.
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify aerospace special-process suppliers
- Source processes such as Anodizing, Chemfilm, NDT, HVOF/Thermal Spray, Plating, Heat Treatment, Shot Peening, Passivation & Painting
- Evaluate supplier technical capability, capacity and infrastructure
- Support NPD, Prototype, FAI and NPI activities
- Conduct technical/commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing & lead times
- Monitor supplier Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD)
- Resolve supplier technical, quality and delivery issues
? What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, Metallurgy, Materials or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Aerospace / Defence / Precision Engineering
- Robust experience in Aerospace Special-Process Sourcing & Managing
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong supplier development, negotiation and commercial skills
- Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP and customer-specific requirements preferred

Someone who can effectively bridge NPD, Engineering, Quality, SCM and Suppliers, taking special-process requirements from development → supplier qualification → FAI → production.
