Scouting Manager – Models & Talent

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives

We are looking for a Scouting Manager – Models & Talent to support our talent acquisition and development activities for the Kolkata market.

The candidate will be responsible for researching the market, identifying potential talent, maintaining talent databases, initiating qualified communication and coordinating the onboarding and development process.

This is a hybrid role based in Kakinada, with the primary business focus on Kolkata.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential models, actors, influencers and content creators in the Kolkata market.
- Build and maintain an organised database of prospective and existing talent.
- Source talent through social media platforms, professional networks, educational institutions, events, referrals and industry contacts.
- Review talent profiles and assess their suitability for different commercial opportunities.
- Contact prospective talent and explain the company's services and opportunities.
- Coordinate introductory calls, meetings, auditions, portfolio requirements and test assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of talent profiles, availability, experience and professional information.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with talent and industry professionals.
- Research upcoming fashion, advertising, entertainment and media opportunities in Kolkata.
- Coordinate with the company's Founder, Styling, Casting, Marketing and Production teams.
- Provide regular updates on new talent, market activity and scouting progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies when handling talent information.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in talent scouting, casting, modelling, entertainment, advertising, influencer management, recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and industry contacts.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Interest in the fashion, media, entertainment and advertising industries.
- Willingness to travel when required for professional meetings or assignments.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives The maximum fixed salary for this position is ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Primary Market: Kolkata, West Bengal

Travel: Occasional professional travel may be required.
