Dreamtime Learning is a technology-enabled, learner-centric education organization focused on transforming traditional education through personalized learning, innovation, and experiential education.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Franchise Expansion to drive the expansion of Dreamtime Learning across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, identifying potential business partners, presenting the franchise model, converting prospects, and supporting the onboarding process.

Responsibility

- Generate and develop new franchise leads through networking, references, market research, digital channels, and business development activities.
- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners, investors, school owners, and education entrepreneurs.
- Present the Dreamtime Learning franchise model , business opportunity, and value proposition to prospective partners.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding .
- Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, meetings, and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with franchise prospects and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation,



site evaluation, approvals, and franchise onboarding.
- Maintain an updated franchise sales pipeline and track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition and revenue targets .
- Identify new cities and markets with potential for Dreamtime Learning expansion.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates on franchise development activities and conversion status.

Requirements : Minimum 3+ years of experience in Franchise Development, Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Expansion.

- Experience in the Education, Preschool, School, or EdTech franchise industry is highly preferred.
- Strong lead-generation, sales, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Existing network with school owners, principals, education entrepreneurs, or business decision-makers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with a proven ability to achieve business development goals.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel when required for franchise meetings and business development activities.
- Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office .
