Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Support Consultant to join our team and provide SLA‑driven support for SAP environments. If you thrive on troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring smooth operations, this role is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

- Resolve P3 & P4 SAP incidents and service requests within SLAs
- Troubleshoot and fix functional/technical issues in SAP systems
- Perform SAP debugging & log analysis
- Communicate with stakeholders via calls, emails, and meetings
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions
- Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, Functional, and Security teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely updates





Qualifications

- 5+ years of SAP Application Support experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules & business processes
- Hands‑on with ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
