We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience across end-to-end performance management processes.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, specifically PMGM
- Multiple end-to-end implementations of Annual & Continuous Performance processes
- Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience in Performance & Goals
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices, governance, administration, release management and deployment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum implementation methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and perform root-cause troubleshooting
- Employee Central or Compensation & Variable Pay experience is a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification preferred
