GyanSys provides Digital Transformation services leveraging SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, Application Modernization and various AI projects.

Talent Acquisition : 5 - 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP Talent (Mandatory)

.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation

.Robust experience using Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping

.Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies

.Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders

.Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines

.Willingness to work from office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST)
