Role Summary In this role, the ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and meet application requirements for ARA's Client. They will lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Collaborate and manage the team to drive application development.




- Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
- Coordinate with teams for seamless integration of applications.
- Support junior team members in their development tasks.
- Ensure applications meet operational goals effectively.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 7 years in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Robust understanding of application design principles.
- Experience in configuring enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Certifications in SAP technologies.
