Experience 7 to 12 years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation project. The role will be primarily based onsite at the Jhagadia Plant, Gujarat, and will require close coordination between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and the implementation partner.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, along with hands-on exposure to SAP EWM / Warehouse Management implementations, and the ability to drive projects from execution through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall execution and delivery of the SAP EWM implementation project.

Manage day-to-day coordination between business users, SAP implementation teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Develop and track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.

Facilitate timely decision-making and escalate critical matters to the appropriate stakeholders.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear progress updates to management and key stakeholders.

Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and implementation teams.

Coordinate project activities across functional, technical, testing, data migration, training, and deployment workstreams as required.

Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

Support resolution of project-related challenges and drive corrective actions.

Coordinate and support testing,



cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.

Ensure appropriate documentation, project reporting, and status tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the primary point of coordination for project-related matters at the plant.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager managing SAP implementation projects.

Mandatory experience in SAP EWM and/or Warehouse Management projects.

Strong understanding of SAP EWM processes and warehouse operations.

Experience managing implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Strong experience in project planning, tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive teams toward project milestones and deadlines.

Robust communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Experience working in onsite plant / manufacturing environments would be an advantage.

Willingness to work onsite at Jhagadia, Gujarat for the duration of the project.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

SAP project management certification and/or PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be an advantage.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with warehouse/logistics processes would be preferred.
