Role Description The SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP EWM solutions in alignment with client business processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing warehouse management requirements, creating functional specifications, performing system configuration, and conducting unit and integration testing. The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical consultants, and project managers, to ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live support.

Additional responsibilities include user training, documentation of system and process changes,



and continuous improvement of warehouse processes using SAP best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in SAP EWM, including configuration, integration with core SAP modules (such as SAP MM and SD), and knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements).

Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and creating functional specifications for SAP EWM and related logistics processes.

Proficiency in testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, as well as issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.

Ability to collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments, and to coordinate with business stakeholders for change management and training.

Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in SAP consulting or implementation projects, preferably within warehousing, logistics, retail, automotive, or other supply-chain-focused industries.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in cross-cultural, multi-location teams.

Skilled certifications in SAP EWM or related SAP modules are an advantage, as is familiarity with broader SAP S/4HANA and supply chain solutions.
