Skill - SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Experience - 6 to 12years Location - Chennai Required Experience 1 experience in SAP HCM projects.
- Implementation experience in HCM and HCM certified.
- Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual contributor with the customer 4. Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience 5. Support experience which involves few custom developments 6.
Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data.
- Positive knowledge of HR processes across different modules.
- Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management.
- Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts
