As a SAP Convergent Mediation Manager, you will lead client-facing engagements within our SAP practice, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. You will be at the forefront of transforming client operations by leveraging SAP technologies to meet evolving business needs. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client accounts, and strategically plan projects to deliver exceptional results.

You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity, and embracing technology to enhance service delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with diverse teams to implement SAP solutions that align with client objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and timelines, confirming that deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Convergent Mediation projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives
- Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO to enhance financial reporting and analytics capabilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable financial management solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial modeling and financial forecasting skills effectively
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Managing financial risk and regulatory compliance with precision
- Leading teams in business process improvement and financial transformation initiatives
