BrainBox Digital Job Title: SAP BTP Consultant Experience: 4–6 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer / Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, CAP, HANA Cloud, SAPUI5/Fiori, integrations, and AI-enabled application development. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise applications on SAP BTP and implement Generative AI use cases using SAP AI services and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop applications using SAP BTP and SAP CAP (Node.js/Java).

- Develop CDS models, business logic, OData/REST APIs, associations, and validations.
- Build applications using SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements.
- Work with SAP HANA Cloud, HDI containers, and SQL.
- Configure BTP services including Destination, XSUAA, IAS, HTML5 Repository, Work Zone, and Connectivity Service.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, XSUAA, IAS, roles, and scopes.
- Integrate SAP BTP applications with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Sales/Service Cloud, and external APIs.
- Support deployment and troubleshooting on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, effort estimation, SIT/UAT, and production support. AI / Generative AI Responsibilities • Develop AI-enabled applications using SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.
- Integrate LLMs with SAP applications and CAP services.
- Implement AI use cases such as Document summarization and extraction, Intelligent search, Classification and recommendations, Conversational assistants,



Business decision support.
- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents/tool calling.
- Ensure secure and responsible handling of enterprise data in AI solutions.

Mandatory

Skills

4–6 years of SAP / enterprise application development experience. Solid hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript, CDS, OData / REST APIs, SAP HANA Cloud, SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements, Cloud Foundry, XSUAA / IAS / OAuth 2.0, Git and CI/CD. Valuable understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integrations.

AI Skills Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP AI Core / AI Launchpad, SAP Generative AI Hub, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings and Vector Search, Python / FastAPI, AI Agents / Tool Calling.

Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or LlamaIndex is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills SAP Integration Suite / CPI SAP Cloud Connector Docker / Kubernetes / Kyma Clean Core and side-by-side extension architecture Microservices and event-driven architecture Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should be able to independently own technical development workstreams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with architects, functional teams, and customers.

Experience delivering an end-to-end SAP BTP CAP application and implementing at least one Generative AI use case integrated with SAP is highly preferred.
