Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I;) Consultant to implement and support procurement and invoicing solutions. The consultant will work with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize source-to-pay processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Configure SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Configure catalogs, purchasing policies, approval workflows, receiving, and invoicing processes.

Support integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Configure purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and approval workflows.

Support supplier enablement and testing activities.

Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.





Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills

5+ years of SAP Ariba experience with solid expertise in Buying & Invoicing.

Experience with SAP Ariba CIG integration.

Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Knowledge of purchasing, invoicing, receiving, and approval workflows.

Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying.

Knowledge of Catalog Management.

Experience with Ariba Network.

SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing certification.
