About Karigiri by Narangs

Karigiri by Narangs is a fashion and ethnic wear brand specializing in premium men's clothing, including suits, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, and traditional ethnic wear. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store team.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store customer service.
- Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable suits, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, and ethnic wear.
- Explain product features, fabrics, designs, fitting, customization options, and pricing.
- Recommend products based on the customer's occasion, style, and requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper presentation and display of merchandise in the store.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
- Handle billing, orders, exchanges, and basic customer follow-ups when required.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/customization team regarding measurements and alterations.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, trials, fittings, and deliveries.
- Maintain knowledge of new collections, offers, and products.
- Assist the store manager with day-to-day retail operations.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.





Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of men's fashion and ethnic wear.
- Strong convincing and sales skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, fittings, fabrics, and clothing styles is an advantage.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Presentable personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, well-mannered, energetic, and passionate about fashion and retail sales. Candidates with experience in men's fashion, suits, sherwanis, wedding wear, ethnic wear, or premium retail stores will be preferred.
