Roles & Responsibilities: Execute functional, regression & end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud / Service Cloud workflows Validate Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) and log defects in JIRA with explicit repro details Perform post-deployment smoke/sanity testing and provide QA sign-off in sprint reviews Build & maintain Selenium + Pytest automation; triage automation failures and flaky tests Leverage AI tools (Claude Code) to accelerate test script development
