Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Validate business processes across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Provar (preferred) or any other automation framework.
- Test and validate key Service Cloud modules, including:

o Case Management o Omni-Channel o Knowledge o Queues o Email-to-Case
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define effective test strategies.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, test planning, and release activities in an Agile environment.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through functional and regression testing.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.




- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Strong functional knowledge of Service Cloud modules:

o Case Management o Omni-Channel o Knowledge o Queues o Email-to-Case
- Hands-on experience with automation testing using Provar (preferred) or any other automation tool.
- Solid analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in end-to-end functional and regression testing.

Good to Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git.
- Knowledge of SOQL/SQL for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to API testing and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
