As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency

Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications

Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal brand and technical skills

Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients

Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance client service delivery

Developing training materials to support effective utilization of Salesforce applications

Implementing technology solutions that align with client strategic objectives

Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in achieving project goals

Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm guidelines

Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications

Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud

Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights

Excelling in developing training materials for technology implementation

Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
