Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise in the nCino platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce and nCino-based solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC), platform customization, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.

- Build and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Configure and enhance nCino functionalities to support business requirements.

- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with platform best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical designs and functional solutions.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues,



ensuring optimal system performance.

- Support system enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades.

- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development.

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with nCino.

- Solid expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience in Salesforce platform customization and application development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development best practices.

- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
