● Good to have: Agentforce & Data Cloud Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of overall Salesforce platform experience to manage and optimize Salesforce release management, CI/CD automation, environment strategy, and administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices, Salesforce administration, and moderate Apex development skills.

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.This role will collaborate with development teams, architects, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce DevOps. ● Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.

● Manage release planning, deployments, hotfixes, and rollback strategies.

● Administer Git-based branching strategies and source-driven development.

● Configure and manage deployment automation using tools such as JENKINS, GITHUB ACTIONS using YAML, SHELL, and BASH

● Manage scratch orgs, sandboxes, environment synchronization, and release governance.





● Support package-based development and deployment strategies.

Salesforce

Administration

● Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Agile Forms.

● Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, and security models.

● Maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages.

● Perform data migration, cleanup, and data quality management.

● Troubleshoot production issues and support business users.

Required

Qualifications

● 5+ years of overall Salesforce platform experience.

● 3+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience.

● 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

● Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

● Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development.

● Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and platform architecture.
