. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputed India-based client for professionals who will be engaged on a remote work arrangement . Selected candidates will work closely with the client’s team and contribute to their ongoing business and technology initiatives.

Job Summary On behalf of our India-based client in the AgriTech Technology sector, we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications. The role involves building responsive interfaces with Lightning Web Components, developing Apex-based automation, and customizing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to meet evolving business requirements. This is a remote opportunity, open to full-time, part-time, and contractual engagement models.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications
- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex
- Configure and tailor Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions to align with specific business needs and operational requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce best practices




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, and Batch Apex
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Process Automation
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

AI Experience
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for faster Apex/LWC development is a plus
- Interest in applying AI-assisted tools for code review, test generation, or documentation

Managerial Experience




- This is an individual contributor role; candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams

Operational Experience
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving production-level issues while improving
- overall application performance and stability.Experience participating in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
- Experience maintaining technical documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX-based release processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant is a plus
