Role Description The Salesforce Omnistudio Architect will lead the design and implementation of Omnistudio solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for healthcare and life sciences clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and performant Omnistudio architectures, including data models, integration patterns, and user experiences. The architect will oversee configuration and development activities, provide technical governance and best practices, and support project teams through code reviews, solution validation, and issue resolution.

Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting solution designs, optimizing existing implementations,



ensuring compliance with Salesforce standards, and mentoring developers and administrators on Omnistudio capabilities. The role also involves staying current with Salesforce releases, recommending enhancements, and contributing to reusable frameworks and accelerators.

Qualifications

Robust Salesforce platform expertise, including Omnistudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors), and experience designing end-to-end solutions.

Proficiency in solution architecture and integration patterns, such as REST APIs, middleware, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with configuration and development using Salesforce declarative tools and Apex/Lightning Web Components is preferred.

Background in healthcare or life sciences domains, with understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and regulatory considerations.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and refine requirements, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Experience in guiding technical teams, conducting reviews, and establishing best practices and governance for Salesforce implementations.

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer) are highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
