Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable programmatic solutions using Apex and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce applications through both declarative and programmatic methods.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to design and maintain the core Client Group Systems architecture.
- Ensure all development work aligns with enterprise expectations for B2B Commerce and Salesforce Order Management engagements.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for Salesforce Lightning architecture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring maintainability, reusability, and scalability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, project managers) to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, enhancements, and new features, applying them to improve systems and processes.

Years of Experience:

- Minimum 4 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):





- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, B2B Commerce Developer, or Order Management Specialist (preferred).

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

- 4 6+ years of hands-on experience in Apex programming.
- Robust expertise in B2B Commerce Lightning or Commerce Engagements with Salesforce Order Management.
- Experience in building applications using Apex and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce configuration.
- Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy maintainable and reusable programmatic solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture.

Nice to have:

- Experience with integration patterns and APIs within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Salesforce certifications in Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or Order Management.
- Exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations.
