We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with Automotive or Manufacturing domain expertise. Key Responsibilities

- Requirement analysis, detailing and fit gap analysis
- Prepare functional design and requirement documentation
- Work on Dealer Management and Order Management processes
- Perform functional testing based on business requirements
- Conduct UAT with business users and provide user training
- Work closely with business users, technical teams and stakeholders
- Lead and manage requirement gathering activities




- Assess the impact of requirement changes and ensure appropriate stakeholder approvals
- Support Sales and Service Management processes

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 4 years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Mandatory Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
- Positive understanding of Dealer Management and Order Management
- Basic Salesforce Administration knowledge
- Experience in Requirement Analysis and Fit Gap Analysis
- Experience in Functional Design Documentation
- Hands-on experience in UAT and functional testing
- Strong stakeholder and business user management skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
