Role Description The Sales Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking leads and follow-ups, assisting in scheduling meetings and demonstrations, and preparing sales reports and documentation.

Executive will help ensure timely responses to client requests, coordinate with technical and design teams for solution details, and support post-sales communication for smooth project handovers. The role requires a robust customer service mindset and a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professional communication.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.

Ability to manage documentation, proposals, quotations, and sales reports with attention to detail and accuracy.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and deadlines.

Customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting the sales function.

Interest or exposure to home automation, consumer electronics, or luxury residential solutions is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Gurugram, with flexibility to support client meetings and presentations as needed.
