We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, contractors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and the ability to understand technical products and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads through field visits, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking.

Develop relationships with builders, contractors, distributors, OEMs, architects, and industrial customers.

Present and promote the company's epoxy resin and specialty chemical product portfolio.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to support customer requirements.

Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.





Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote the company's products.

Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support to build long-term relationships. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in chemicals, construction materials, industrial products, paints, adhesives, or building materials is preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
