Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi, responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention for Mr.

German

Laundry & Drycleaner. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging walk-in customers, explaining services and pricing, recommending suitable cleaning options, and closing sales at the counter or through phone inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of orders, coordinating with operations staff to ensure timely delivery, and following up with customers to encourage repeat business.

The Sales





Specialist will also handle basic customer queries and feedback, support small promotional activities, and assist in training new team members on service standards and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for clear customer interaction, explaining services, and handling inquiries.
- Customer Service skills to manage walk-in clients, address concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Sales skills to convert inquiries into orders, upsell services, and meet daily and monthly targets.
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of new staff and help implement sales processes.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented sales environments is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in South Delhi, including weekends or peak hours as required.
- Basic computer literacy for order entry, billing, and customer record management.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is an advantage.
