What You'll Do - Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru

- Generate and qualify leads through your partner network
- Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention




- Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets What We're Looking For - 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing
