Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul. This role involves visiting customer locations, presenting machinery solutions, and supporting sales activities through product demonstrations and technical explanations.

The representative will handle customer inquiries, coordinate quotations, follow up on orders, and help ensure timely delivery and installation in collaboration with service and logistics teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, documenting interactions, preparing basic sales reports, and providing feedback from the field to improve products and services.



The role also requires close coordination with internal engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly.
- Basic technical aptitude or interest in industrial or textile machinery, with willingness to learn product features and operating principles.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, including clear verbal communication and concise written documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan visits, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with on-site work at customer facilities, including travel within Dindigul and surrounding regions as required.
- Prior experience in sales support, field service, or industrial equipment sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Educational background in engineering, science, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing) for reporting and communication.
