Profile Requirement: Sales & Marketing – Industrial Products The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales and marketing of industrial products, from any technical domain, including:

- Electrical (switchgear, panels, motors, drives, cables, industrial automation components)

- Electronics (sensors, controllers, instrumentation, PCB-based products)

- Mechanical (industrial machinery, tools, pumps, valves, fabrication products)

Key Skills to Look For

- Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales

- Ability to handle dealer networks, OEMs, and end‑users

- Technical aptitude to explain product features and applications

- Experience in lead generation, client visits, and product demonstrations

- Capability to achieve sales targets and expand market reach

- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
