Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Representative role is based in Mumbai and involves direct interaction with customers and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and explaining gemstone and jewelry products, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable items to drive sales.

The Sales

Representative will manage inquiries, follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close sales transactions while maintaining accurate records. The role also includes supporting store displays, maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with internal teams on stock and orders,



and contributing to sales targets and promotional activities.

Qualifications Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and build positive, long-term relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting products and negotiating sales.

Basic knowledge of gems and jewelry, or willingness to learn product details and industry terminology.

Comfort with handling sales documentation, billing, and maintaining organized records of customer interactions.

Proficiency with common office and point-of-sale tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, sales software) is an advantage.

Prior experience in retail, jewelry, or B2C sales is beneficial but not mandatory.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales goals.

Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a plus.
