- Generate leads through online and offline marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Promote property listings via digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising (flyers, brochures, etc.)

- Conduct property presentations and virtual tours to showcase features and benefits effectively

- Follow up with leads and maintain an active client database using CRM tools

- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals successfully

- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and real estate events to build visibility and attract prospects

- Work with marketing teams to create compelling content, videos, and promotional materials

- Understand buyer psychology and tailor sales pitches to different client segments

- Collect market feedback to adjust pricing and promotional strategies when necessary
