Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to handle customers at the store/counter, explain products, generate sales, and maintain proper product display and stock.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, perks, prices, and offers to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure products are properly arranged.
- Check stock availability and inform the concerned person about low-stock products.
- Support product sampling and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare bills and collect payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the sales counter.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock requirements.




- Maintain basic sales and stock records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduate candidates preferred.
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and billing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates with FMCG, food, retail, or counter-sales experience will be preferred.
