Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Jaunpur.

The Sales

Skilled will identify and engage prospective customers for various loan and financial products, explain product features and eligibility, and guide customers through the application and documentation process. The role involves maintaining relationships with partner banks and NBFCs, coordinating with internal teams for credit assessment and verification, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into successful disbursals.





The Sales

Professional will track sales performance, update CRM or internal systems, and prepare regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and customer feedback. The role also requires adherence to compliance, ethical sales practices, and delivering a positive customer experience aligned with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in consultative sales, lead generation, and relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the capacity to explain financial products clearly and accurately.
- Basic understanding of banking and NBFC processes, credit evaluation, loan documentation, and collections workflows.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track leads, maintain records, and generate reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaunpur, manage field visits when required, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with attention to detail and a commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field; prior experience in DSA operations or retail lending is an advantage.
