Sales Officer – Quick Commerce

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Universal Corporation Limited is looking for a Sales Officer with 3–4 years of sales experience to support and grow our Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) business. The role involves managing marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, coordinating with channel partners, tracking inventory and promotions, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales across Q-Commerce platforms.

Coordinate with account managers and internal teams for pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.

Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and key business metrics.

Generate new business opportunities and support channel expansion.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues.

Requirements

3–4 years of sales experience - FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce is an advantage.

Robust communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
