Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at V&V; Agro Company. As a Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing current business opportunities
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management,



highlighting progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
