Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our business presence in Eastern India. The role involves frequent visits to steel plants, power plants, processing units, and client sites, including those located in remote industrial areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for valves, actuators, and related automation products.
- Regularly visit industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and plant sites to promote products and secure business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new potential customers.
- Represent the company at trade fairs,



exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in industrial product sales (valves, actuators, pumps, or similar).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel frequently to remote industrial sites.
- Proficient in MS Office and Business development & Marketing.
