Develop and expand the North India market.

Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, customers and business opportunities.

Manage relationships with existing dealers and customers.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements.

Promote products among greenhouse contractors, growers, farmers, dealers and institutional customers.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.





Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches and customer support.

Build a strong dealer and distribution network across North India. ? Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Experience in Greenhouse, Polyhouse, Shade Net, Insect Net, Agricultural Inputs, Horticulture or Protected Cultivation will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

Ability to independently develop a market and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with an existing network in the protected cultivation/agriculture sector will have an advantage. ?
